Truly one of the worst hotel I stayed at. In a sketchy area, room is old and tight, mosquitoes infested room, bed and pillow are uncomfortable. Price is over 600 euro for three nights for a no star hotel. I should have book the hotel hsp which is in the same building but slightly more renovated and has a working receptionist. Will not return to this hotel even if it is feee. The toilet seat keeps falling down and nobody is here to fix it even though we already reported to the reception in the morning. The whole city is full of trash and graffiti. The only good thing is the kebab shop downstairs which cost 4 for a nice legit big kebab.

Non saprei da dove iniziare,ma inizio a dirvi che X 2 notti ho pagato 264€ e questo nn si dovrebbe nemm definire un hotel a 3 stelle,perché sicuramente le stelle nemm le vedrete soprattutto se vi verrà data una camera interna e dove vi consiglio di nn aprire completamente la porta,perché morirete dalla puzza e il rumore dei vari climatizzatori. Certamente nn sarete accolti da qualcuno preparato ma sicuramente dal figlio del titolare,un ragazzino un po' arrogante,dove ha avuto il coraggio di dirmi che:nn poteva darmi la camera prima , perché quelle delle pulizie nn sarebbero arrivati prima delle ore 9 e che in tutto il mondo il check-in viene fatto il pomeriggio e se ci danno le camere la matt è solo X gentilezza(secondo me dovrebbe ripassare o meglio studiare le norme delle strutture ricettive).La camera sembra bella,ma poi ci si accorge che è molto usurata e poco pulita,il letto nn ha nemm.un coprimaterasso,nemm.doppie federe(quindi immaginatevi che colore siano i cuscini e dalle foto nn si vede bene),te la danno come camera matrimoniale,ma come si evince dal comodino e dalle dimensioni che è una singola,unica sedia(tra l'altro rotta),polvere sull'armadio,bagno con muffa,doccia ...vedete la foto????????wc con seduta in legno(tutto storto e starete li a sistemarlo onde evitare di sbattere contro il muro)????le porte ovviamente nn sono insonorizzate,cmq l'unica cosa positiva è la colazione (almeno nn ti lasciano morti di fame).

Struttura onesta ma valida. Posizione annessa alla stazione e comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Napoli. Colazione completa. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati bene.

You go down to the place where you had breakfast the day before, you can say that breakfast is not here and stay outside the hotel...

In se l'hotel è carino, la pulizia discreta, la colazione un po' essenziale, ma niente di così tragico. Il problema principale è stato un altro. Non sono riuscita a dormire perché la porta della camera (13 se non ricordo male) non è isolata acusticamente - avevo esplicitamente chiesto all'atto della prenotazione una camera silenziosa, ma così non è stato. Il vociare notturno nel corridoio del receptionist con il suo amico, e i trolley dei check out delle 5 a.m. mi hanno svegliata a più riprese. Purtroppo non posso consigliarlo per questo motivo - e anche perché al check out, fatto presente questo problema, hanno fatto spallucce... Da evitare se volete dormire in silenzio, e se volete un buon servizio di attenzione al cliente.

☺Young guy from reception was really kind and nice. Location was great, and also accomodation was fine. Breakfast was very good. I recommend this place! ☹It wasnt cleaned 100% but its okay!

Prop de Pompeia ☺Està a prop de l'estacio de tren, i tambe de la de metro. Esta a prop de la sortida de l'autopista, o sigui que va be per a anar a pompeia. ☹La zona no es molt neta i sembla insegura tot i que hi ha molta gent i moltes noies i a ningú li passa res.

Ci tornerei sicuramente. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile e la colazione molto buona, con caffetteria espressa e buona ☺ Camere carine e spaziose. ☹ Nelle stanze entrano molto i rumori esterni e abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di incontrare una scolaresca ????

Stary i brudny hotel w niebezpiecznej okolicy. ☺Ciężko znaleźć jakiś pozytyw, chyba tylko tyle, że hotel jest zlokalizowany przy dworcu. ☹Pokój był okropnie brudny, był grzyb na ścianach, poszwa w moczu i plamach koloru czerwonego, bidet nie był umyty, tak jak cała łazienka, wszystko obskrobane i stare, lampki nocne migały zamiast świecić, dziury na ścianach przykryte obrazami, odchodząca tapeta ze ścian, w pokoju cały czas musiały być otwarte okna ponieważ tak śmierdziało, telewizor również nie działał. Był to stosunkowo tani nocleg, jednak to co zastaliśmy było tragedia. Sam budynek w którym mieści się hotel to ruina, okolica bardzo nieciekawa, niebezpieczna. Na śniadaniu wyjątkowo mały wybór. Wszystko było zimne i nie dało się tego jeść. Odradzam.

Eccezionale ☺ Ho trascorso a Napoli giorni spensierati e ricchi di meravigliose esperienze sia culturali che umane. New Sayonara è diventata la nostra casa, per l'ambiente confortevole e la grande disponibilità di tutto lo staff. Posizione eccellente per raggiungere non solo il centro ma anche per escursioni fuori porta tipo Pompei, Sorrento, Procida. Tutti i mezzi pubblici sono a portata di mano. Svegliarsi poi sapendo di poter gustare un'ottima e abbondante colazione accompagnata dal sorriso di chi ti preparava il caffè o altro è stato semplicemente meraviglioso. ☹ Siamo soddisfatti ci è piaciuto tutto Sarei rimasta volentieri altri giorni.

Very convenient place to stay in Naples Very close to Naples train station. Convenient for day trips. The staff was super nice. The actual room was very clean. It was a little loud outside the room, but we knew it would be as it was located near the train station. Horrible. You get what you pay for. This place is in a very disgusting part of town. Literal trash & urine all over the streets - stay away from here if you’re a couple looking for a romantic vibe. Onto the room itself: The room was tiny. Had to squeeze by the bed every time we walked in. (Photo attached). The HORRIBLE WiFi not even usable!!!’ Couldn’t even check my email or FB on Christmas. VERY noisy, very thin walls. You will hear everything. Awful. There was a horrible smell in our room & bathroom the entire time. We noticed the entire hotel smelled like this as we walked through each day. We had to keep the windows open in the room to keep the smell out. In December this meant it was very cold in the room. The shower head was half broken. Can’t point it on your body. It made showering extremely difficult. The shower clogged each time it was used. The breakfast offering was pathetic and lazy. On the day of our checkout, they closed it 30 minutes early. Not much for food in the area either. The staff was lazy and unhelpful when asked questions. Worst of all, the morning after we checked in after a very long 8 hours commute, we wanted to sleep. The maid came and woke us up not once, but THREE times. After she was told the first time we don’t want service. This ruined the entire first day of our trip due to how exhausted we were after being repeatedly woken up. Not acceptable. My advice, don’t stay here. ☹Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Staff were really nice. Room was quiet. Lots of eating options close by. I didn't have the breakfast but it looked good. The area near by has a lot of restaurants. This hotel was about a 2 minute walk from Napoli Centrale so very convenient for taking the train. ☺Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Good quality-price ratio. Hotel is technically quite outdated, but the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. If you’re easily woken up during sleep because of sounds and noice, please consider bringing earplugs if staying here. Location is excellent transportation-wise, having central train station, bus terminal and subway all in 2 minute walking range. Some might think the surroundings outside the hotel a little shady, especially in evening and night time. Breakfast was mainly sugary carbs, so if your not used to that, consider some other solution for that. All and all good choice if you’re only using hotel for sleeping. Would stay again ???? ☺Staff & service

Great location, easy to get around the city by metro which is across the street as well as bus/ train station. Outside can seem a little sketchy but we felt very safe in the area.
