Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel où l'accueil , le service était parfait ! Les chambres sont toutes rénovées et très belles avec une propreté irréprochable ! Le petit déjeuner est complet avec beaucoup de choix et pâtisseries napolitaine excellentes dans une salle agréable. Enfin l'emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter la ville et ses alentours avec la gare et métro à proximité ! Merci encore aux employés de cet établissement et je recommande vivement cet endroit.

J'ai constaté une attitude nonchalante et un manque de professionnalisme de la part des réceptionnistes. Leur comportement a franchement nui à mon expérience globale. Le service à la réception est souvent la première impression que les clients ont de l'hôtel, et malheureusement, cette impression a été négative dans mon cas. J'espère sincèrement que vous prendrez des mesures pour améliorer ce service crucial afin d'assurer une meilleure expérience pour vos futurs clients.

Miejsce przy stacji centralnej, 15 min pieszo do Historycznego Centrum. Śniadania są w porządku, w formie bufetu, wędliny, ser, tosty, dobra kawa, jajecznica itp. W pokoju głośno od pobliskich ulic i peronów, na pewno brak lodówki to duży minus. Dobry by zatrzymać się na chwilę. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane i jest czysto. Całość znajduje się na 3 piętrze, na szczęście jest winda.

Muy bueno el hotel. Un poco turbio, el barrio y la entrada del hotel también. Estuvimos en el edificio de a la vuelta y la entrada era un galpón con una puertita y las puertas funcionaban mal. Pero después de eso todo muy lindo, las chicas del desayuno súper amables. No recomendaría ir solo y menos si sos una chica como yo. Gracias!

BASTANTE MALO. EXPERIENCIA NEFASTA ☺La ubicación en el centro. Del resto nada mas. ☹Ni el desayuno, no hay tostadas, no hay tomate, fruta muy pasada y bolleria muy dura. Al llegar tarde, del Cheking sobre las 20:30 (Se avisó con tiempo), las instrucciones para acceder son un poco complejas, y además no funcionaba la clave de acceso. Se llamó por teléfono a responsable, pero en todas las ocasiones estaba apagado o fuera de cobertura, por lo que tuvimos que contactar con una usuaria, que desde dentro nos pudo abrir.

First friends in Naples, everyone there was such a sweetheart ☺ We stayed for one night, skipped breakfast and overstayed check-out time a bit as we missed our alarm. Everyone was friendly, this place is secure. They saved us from this awful part of town where everyone is just trying to rob you. ☹ The location is awful but we needed a room located there asap. That's not up to them. They are great.

The area around Naple's Centrale is a bit of a whiplash for anyone coming for the first time. If you're not ready to walk into a shady street, and try and search for the hotel as it's like a conjoined apartment with other hotels, it's best not to stay around here. Although accomodations at hotel were alright, some of us staying had some issues with an odor in the air that negatively effected the experience. It depends on the person, as I personally didn't sense anything. The breakfast was great, though, and made up for it. Breakfast at 8am? Everyone else starts breakfast at 7 for early travellers. 3 different keys and doors to finally get to your room. A/C very week. Room very small for the bed size. Hallways smell like smoking, staff don’t speak English. Area did not feel safe for walking especially at night. ☹Staff & service

The AC semi worked when we checked in and then we left the room and someone came in and left towels but the AC no longer worked. It was extremely hot and we received no response to get it fixed. The hotel is old and questionable with 3 keys for different doors for security. ☹Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Very convenient place to stay in Naples Very close to Naples train station. Convenient for day trips. The staff was super nice. The actual room was very clean. It was a little loud outside the room, but we knew it would be as it was located near the train station.
